Rental Policies

• Rentals are based on a 24-hour period, once equipment leaves and is returned to the yard. Sundays and holidays are included unless otherwise arranged. 
• A deposit is required at time of pickup, to cover any potential damage or loss of machinery.
• Full payment is due upon return of the equipment.
• Equipment must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, or charges will apply.
• In case of any lost or damaged equipment, extra charges will apply at time payment is due.
• Fuel tank, if applicable, must be returned full, or charges will apply.
• Delivery and/or pickup is not included in the rental fee, but can be arranged for an extra charge, based on distance and staff requirements.
